Free Support for Kendall County Moms & Babies
Are you pregnant or a new mom living in Kendall County? The Better Birth Outcomes (BBO) Program offers free support and guidance for qualifying pregnant and postpartum families from pregnancy through your baby’s first 6 months.
Participants receive personalized support, education, and connections to helpful community resources, including:
- One-on-one support and encouragement
- Pregnancy and postpartum education
- Nutrition and baby development information
- Safety tips for moms and babies
- Guidance preparing your home for baby
- Connections to local programs and services
Optional home visits are available as part of the program.
You may qualify if you:
- Live in Kendall County
- Are pregnant or postpartum (up to 6 months after birth)
- Meet income eligibility guidelines
- Have at least one qualifying risk factor
This valuable program is designed to support healthy pregnancies, healthier babies, and brighter futures for Kendall County families.
