PAASSS is proud to help share information about upcoming K–12 Back-to-School Immunization Clinics offered by the Kendall County Health Department. These clinics provide an important opportunity for families to ensure children are up to date on required immunizations for the upcoming school year. Clinics are available by appointment only from May through October at the Kendall County Health Department in Yorkville, with both afternoon and evening options to support family schedules. Eligibility includes children 18 and under who meet VFC requirements, and a current immunization record is required at the time of service.
Families can begin the process by completing the call-back registration form.
