Since launching in August 2025, PAASSS has been working alongside families, schools, and community partners to strengthen early childhood support across Grundy and Kendall Counties. We are excited to share our new interactive IRIS data dashboard, which highlights community needs, tracks referrals, and reflects the growing impact of our cross-sector partnerships.
In just a short time, PAASSS has engaged 55 partners and achieved a 72% referral loop closure rate, demonstrating strong coordination and meaningful connections for families.
