Do you have a loved one living with a mental health condition? NAMI Will-Grundy is offering its Family-to-Family Class, a free 9-week program designed to support families and caregivers.
Participants will connect with others who understand similar experiences while learning practical strategies for:
- Supporting a loved one with compassion and understanding
- Communicating effectively and solving problems
- Managing stress and prioritizing self-care
- Finding and using local resources
- And more
There is no cost to participate, and dinner is provided.
The class is made possible through a grant from Duly Health and Care and the DuPage Foundation.
