On Thursday, June 5, 2025, Plano Area Alliance Supporting Student Success (PAASSS), in partnership with EduDream, will host a Virtual Learning Session at 10:00 a.m. The event is open to families, community leaders, elected officials, and potential funders, and will provide important data and insights on early childhood education and care in Grundy and Kendall Counties, also known as Region 24.
Since October, the PAASSS Leadership Team has worked closely with researchers and data analysts from EduDream to study key indicators across the region. Their efforts aim to inform the collaboration’s strategic and programming decisions. The findings shared during the session will help set priorities and goals for the next three years.
The session has drawn interest from several leaders across the education and public service sectors. Staff from the offices of Illinois State Senator Sue Rezin, State Representative Jed Davis, and Regional Superintendent Meghan Martin are expected to attend.
This learning session is designed to support efforts to build a stronger foundation for early childhood education and care throughout Region 24.
Registration is open until June 3 at 11:50 p.m. All registered participants will receive a Zoom link and related materials in advance of the session.
