Stress is a natural part of life. We may not be able to reduce the amount of stress that we have, but we can identify and communicate those feelings and behaviors and therefore, learn to regulate our emotions. Some easy things to try at home are: 5-finger breathing, yoga moves for kids and/or adults, and labeling feelings as your child is experiencing them.
